2 hours and maybe 1/2 mile?

We are fighting our way thru bushes with other silver ticket holders, steps from the Capitol but in yet another crowd mob scene. Meanwhile the folks without tix have gotten good jumbotron seats. They say mall is full to 14th street already and they warn us they are about to close our whole ticket section for good, so having the tix will be worthless. Boyo boyo, Times Square on new years eve was so much more organized.

But, we are here, some choir is singing and everyone is crazy with excitement.
